Fees for permits to move oversize or overweight equipment to the sites of train derailments shall include all equipment otherwise eligible to obtain single trip permits under normal situations. The permit shall be valid for a period of one year and can be used at any time for movement to the site of a train derailment during an emergency. The amount of the fee shall be $500.
