Section 625 ILCS 5/15-308 - Fees for overweight trucks hauling agricultural commodities

Fees for special permits for increased axle loads to be used for hauling agricultural commodities, as defined in subsection (e) of Section 15-301 ; limited continuous operation permit only, $5 per axle.
