Section 175:47NN - Coverage for treatment of pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections and pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome

Any policy, contract, agreement, plan or certificate of insurance issued, delivered or renewed within or without the commonwealth shall provide coverage for treatment of pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections and pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome including, but not limited to, the use of intravenous immunoglobulin therapy.
