Section 24-103 - Membership(a) The council shall consist of at least one representative from each member.(b) Each representative of a member shall be: (1) its elected chief executive; or(2) an individual from its governing body chosen by the governing body.(c)(1) A member may withdraw from the council by resolution of its governing body.(2) A withdrawal may not take effect until at least 60 days after the adoption of the resolution.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
