Section 24-102 - Authorization(a)(1) By resolution, the governing body of any county or municipality may establish, organize, and participate in a council.(2) A council may include a county, city, or town outside the State.(b) A council may be established to: (1) study governmental problems of mutual interest and concern; and(2) make recommendations for review and action by its members.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
