Section 21-1205 - Violation of 21-819 of this title(a) A person who violates § 21-819 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to: (1) For a first offense, a fine not exceeding $300; or(2) For a subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding $500.(b) For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
