Section 21-1204 - Violation of 21-820 or 21-1111 of this title(a) A person who violates any provision of § 21-820 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.(b) For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.Amended by 2021 Md.
