Section 13-1904 - Benefit performances - Operation(a) A benefit performance shall be personally managed and conducted only by members of the qualified organization that sponsors the benefit performance.(b)(1) At a benefit performance, a qualified organization may: (i) conduct games of skill; or(ii) dispose of merchandise and other things of value by auction, voting, or using a mechanical device such as a paddle wheel, wheel of fortune, bingo, or similar device.(2) The activities allowed under this subsection may be conducted with or without an entrance or participation fee.
