Section 13-1903 - Benefit performances(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, a qualified organization may conduct a benefit performance to which the public is invited or admitted with or without charge.(b) The net proceeds of the benefit performance:(1) shall benefit the qualified organization;(2) shall be used for the purposes of the qualified organization; and(3) may not benefit the private gain of a member of the qualified organization.
