Section 32-2004 - Beer, wine, and liquor licenses(a) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.(b)(1) A holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on-sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (i) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(ii) on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to midnight, only to customers who are seated at tables on the premises.(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday.(c)(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B-SWL license may sell wine for off-premises consumption: (i) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to midnight; and(ii) on Sunday, from 12:30 p.m. to midnight.(2) A holder of a Class B-SWL license may exercise the privileges under paragraph (1) of this subsection only if the licensed premises is open for business as a restaurant.(d)(1) A holder of a Class C club beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:(i) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(ii) on Sunday, from 12:30 p.m. to midnight, only to customers who are seated on the premises.(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday.(e) A holder of a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.Amended by 2021 Md.
