Section 32-2003 - Beer and wine licenses(a) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine under: (1) a 6-day license, on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; or(2) a 7-day license, on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.(b)(1) A holder of a Class B (hotel and restaurant) beer and wine license may sell beer and wine:(i) for off-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and(ii) for on-premises consumption:1. on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and2. on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to midnight, only to customers who are seated at tables on the premises.(2) The license holder may not sell beer or wine at a bar or counter on Sunday.(c) A holder of a Class C beer and wine (on-sale) license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.(d)(1) A holder of a 6-day Class D beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Saturday: (i) for off-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and(ii) for on-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(2) A holder of a 7-day Class D beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: (i) for off-premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and(ii) for on-premises consumption: 1. on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and2. except as provided in paragraph (3) of this subsection, on Sunday, from 12:30 p.m. to midnight for customers who are seated.(3) A holder of a 7-day Class D beer and wine license issued for a bowling alley may sell beer and wine on Sunday from noon to midnight.Added by 2016 Md.
