Section 34-25B-53 - Renewal notice; late fee(a) The board shall mail to each private investigation agency licensee a notice of renewal at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the license. An application for renewal shall be available for download by the licensee on the website of the board. A licensee shall report any change of address to the board.(b) An administrative late fee, not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) as prescribed by rule of the board, shall be assessed on any renewal application postmarked after the expiration date of the license.(c) A renewal application may not be accepted by the board more than 30 days after the expiration date of the license. This subsection may be waived by the board for good cause.Ala. Code § 34-25B-53 (1975)
