Section 34-25B-52 - Certification; posting; display of license number(a) The board shall issue to each private investigation agency licensee a certification, which shall be at least 8" x 10" in size and shall contain the following information:(1) The name of the private investigation agency.(2) The physical address of the private investigation agency.(4) The expiration date of the license.(b) The certification card shall be posted in a conspicuous area at the physical address of the private investigation agency.(c) The private investigation agency shall display the agency license number on all advertisements, brochures, stationary, letterhead, case reports, and business cards, distributed or used by the private investigation agency. Any invoice generated for professional services performed by the private investigation agency or a private investigator licensee, contractor, or employee of the private investigation agency shall include the license number for each licensee whose services are being compensated for by a consumer and the time being charged by the private investigator licensee, contractor, or employee of the private investigation agency.Ala.
