Section 23-1-377 - Exceptions(1) PERSONAL USE. Sections 23-1-371, 23-1-372, 23-1-373, 23-1-375, 23-1-376, and 23-1-382 shall not apply to restricted landing areas on private property, designated for the use of the property owner and his or her immediate family.(2) UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT. Sections 23-1-371, 23-1-372, 23-1-373, 23-1-375, 23-1-376, and 23-1-382 shall not apply to any airport, restricted landing area, or other air navigation facility owned or operated by the United States government within this state.Ala.
