Section 172.3 - Inapplicability of statutes governing unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor near University of Redlands

The provisions of Section 172a shall not apply to the sale or exposing or offering for sale of any alcoholic beverages on the premises of, and by the holder or agent of a holder of, any off-sale license situated within 1¹/₂ miles from the grounds of the University of Redlands.
