Section 53738.4 - [See Note] Limitation on ACA 1 bonded indebtedness

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any ACA 1 bonded indebtedness, when added to existing bonded indebtedness of a local government, shall not exceed the applicable statutory limit on the maximum amount of bonded indebtedness that a local government may incur.
