Section 53738.3 - [See Note] "Public infrastructure" for purposes of Section 1 of Article XIII A of the California Constitution

For purposes of paragraph (4) of subdivision (b) of Section 1 of Article XIII A of the California Constitution, "public infrastructure" shall not include the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, or replacement of a sports stadium or arena where the majority of the use of the facility is for private ticketed activities.
