Rule 16.08 - Abuse and Neglect Proceedings(a)Applicable Standards. The specific time standards applicable to abuse and neglect proceedings are those contained in W.Va. Code §§ 49-6-1 et seq. and in the Rules of Procedure for Child Abuse and Neglect Proceedings. (b)Reporting Standard.
