Rule ELPOC 11.8 - BRIEFS FOR REVIEWS INVOLVING SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION RECOMMENDATION(a)Caption of Briefs. Parties should caption their briefs as follows: [Name of Party] Brief [in Support of/in Opposition to] Hearing [Officer's] [Panel's] Decision

(b)Briefs in Support or Opposition. In a matter before the Board under rule 11.2(b)(1), each party may file a brief in support of or in opposition to the Decision, or any part of it.(c)Time for Filing Briefs. Briefs, if any, must be filed as follows: (1) The respondent LPO must file a brief within 20 days of service on the respondent of the later of: (A) a copy of the hearing transcript; or(2) Disciplinary counsel must file a brief within 15 days of service on disciplinary counsel of the respondent's brief, or, if no brief is filed by the respondent, within 15 days of the expiration of the period for the respondent to file a brief.(3) The respondent may file a reply to disciplinary counsel's brief within ten days of service of that brief on the respondent.Wash.
