Rule ELPOC 11.7 - PREPARATION OF PUBLIC FILE DOCUMENTS AND EXHIBITS(a)Preparation. The Clerk prepares the public file documents and exhibits in the format required by RAP 9.7(a) and (b), and distributes them to the Board. The Clerk provides the parties with a copy of the index of the public file documents and the cover sheet listing the exhibits.(b)Costs.
