Each Court will maintain an email address where parties may submit certain matters not requiring a hearing. Current policies regarding email submissions can be found online or by contacting the Judicial Aide or Judicial Executive Assistant for Court 1 or 2. Parties shall use the submissions inbox corresponding to the Court where their case was first filed. At its discretion the Court may decline to rule on a matter by submission and instead require a hearing.
