Protective order applications pursuant to Chapter 71, Tex. Fam. Code are given priority over all other types of cases.
Requests for temporary ex parte orders and the presentation of Agreed Protective Orders may be presented by electronic submission or on any hearing docket.
Hearings on applications for protective orders will be held in accordance with Chapter 84, Tex. Fam. Code.
