(a) The Commission may apply to a district court in any county for an injunction to restrain a violation of the Act or a rule adopted under the Act.(b) At the request of the Commission, the Attorney General must initiate and conduct an action in a district court in the State's name to obtain an injunction under Section 153.005 of the Government Code.(c) If the State prevails in a suit under Section 153.005, the Attorney General may recover on behalf of the State reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and reasonable investigative costs incurred in relation to the proceeding.(d) The Commission may also request that a court having jurisdiction over a guardian remove the guardian under Section 1203.052(b) of the Estates Code.Tex.
