Rule 5.6 - Administrative Penalty and Administrative Sanction(a) The Commission may impose an administrative penalty on a person regulated under the Act who violates the Act or a rule or standard adopted or order issued under the Act. (b) A proceeding imposing an administrative penalty may be combined with a proceeding to impose an administrative sanction otherwise imposed under the Act.Tex. R. Judi. Cert. Commi. 5.6
