Rule 1034(a) - Motion For Judgment On The Pleadings(1) One original of the motion for judgment on the pleadings shall be filed with the Prothonotary. It shall be in such form and shall include the information as set forth in York R.C.P. 205.2(a) and YorkR.C.P. 205.2(b).(2) A motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by a party shall be resolved by one judge pursuant to York R.C.P. 208.3(b).Amended effective through 8/1/2023.
