Rule 1028(c) - Preliminary Objections(1) One original of the preliminary objections shall be filed with the Prothonotary. They shall be in such form and shall include the information as set forth in York R.C.P. 205.2(a) and York R.C.P.205.2(b).(2) Preliminary objections filed by a party shall be resolved by one judge pursuant to York R.C.P. 208.3(b) and pursuant to the time periods set forth in Pa.R.C.P.
