Rule 1066(b)(1) - Form Of Judgment Order. Notice(a) If the relief granted by the court is under Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1066(b)(1), and service has been previously allowed under Local Rule 1063(a) notice of the terms and conditions of the order granting relief shall be given by publication in one (1) newspaper of general circulation in the county in one (1) issue, by the plaintiff or his counsel, and proof thereof attached to the praecipe for final judgment.44th Jud.
