Rule 1063 - Service Of Publication. Notice(a) In all actions wherein service is by publication, notice shall be given to the defendant or defendants, and, if permitted by the court, to a named former owner and his or her heirs and assigns generally, for one (1) week in one (1) newspaper of general circulation in the county.
