Rule 7.3A - Motion for Summary Judgment(a) A memorandum of law in support of a motion for summary judgment shall be filed simultaneously with the motion;(b) An answer to a motion for summary judgment shall be filed within thirty (30) days of service of the motion and a memorandum of law in opposition to the motion shall be filed simultaneously with the answer;(c) The court may schedule oral argument on a motion for summary judgment or may dispose of the motion without argument.
