Rule 7.2A - Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings(a) A memorandum of law in support of a motion for judgment on the pleadings shall be file simultaneously with the motion;(b) An answer to a motion for judgment on the pleadings shall be filed within twenty (20) days of service of the motion and a memorandum of law in opposition to the motion shall be filed simultaneously with the answer;(c) The court may schedule oral argument on a motion for judgment on the pleadings or may dispose of the motion without argument.
