(a) In civil cases, an application for an Order providing that less than the entire proceedings shall be transcribed may be made to the trial Court by any party within two (2) days after the Order for transcript is filed. Any party shall have the right to require that specific pails of the notes of testimony be transcribed subject to the requirements for the payment of transcript fees.(b) In criminal cases, diminution of transcription shall be in accordance with Rule 9030 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure.Frank.
