In addition to those time when it is necessary for a Motion or an Appeal, any person at any time by application to the Court may request the Court to direct a Court Reporter to prepare a transcript When completed, the original shall be lodged with the appropriate office and copies shall be provided as requested by the party or parties. For the original and copies requested by him. the requesting, moving or appealing party shall make such deposits as required by Rule 39-5000.6.
