The court will maintain lists of mediators who have met the qualifications established in the Oregon Judicial Department Court-Connected Mediator Qualifications Rules, adopted into UTCR Chapter 12. Separate lists shall be maintained for general civil mediators, domestic relations custody and parenting mediators, domestic relations financial mediators, and probate mediators. The lists of mediators will be published on the Circuit Court's website at https://www.courts.oregon.gov/courts/multnomah.
