Rule SLR 5.105 - JUDGMENT IN CIVIL ACTION THAT INCLUDES MONEY AWARD(1) Pursuant to ORS 18.042, civil judgments that contain a money award must contain a separate section clearly identified as a money award. This statute sets forth information that is required to be included and information that is required to be included to the extent known by the judgment creditor. Any information that is required to be provided to the extent known by the judgment creditor must either be provided or the separate section must state affirmatively that the information required by the statute is unknown.(2) Any judgment in a civil action that includes a money award, but does not contain all required information, including stating where such information is unknown, the filer may be notified to resubmit a corrected judgment that is in compliance with this rule.Clackamas Supp. L.
