A party seeking the issuance of a subpoena from the clerk for the purpose of taking a foreign deposition in this judicial district must submit to the clerk all papers required by the relevant statutes or NRCP provisions, any required filing fees, and a cover sheet in the form required by these rules with the title of the court as "Eighth Judicial District Court," describing the filing as "Request for Foreign Deposition Subpoena."
