Proposed jury instructions and interrogatories shall be submitted to the court not later than the morning of the first day of trial unless requested sooner or permitted later by the court, and shall be numbered and cite the authorities relied on in support thereof. Counsel may request Recommended Arizona Jury Instructions (RAJI's) by number only, provided any applicable bracketed material is properly identified. If instructions which are not RAJI's are requested, the requesting party shall also include a separate set of those instructions in full text, without citations, titles, or numbers, double-spaced, one per page. Alternatively, counsel may submit a computer disk with the text of the requested instructions in a format compatible with the word processing program used by the court.
