Section 1-2 - Definitions

a. All of the definitions set forth and contained in W.S. 9-692.1 are incorporated herein by reference. In addition, the following definitions as used in these rules shall apply:

(1) "Official custodian" means the 'Executive' Director of the Higher-Education Council.
