Section 4-3 - Promulgation, Amendment or Repeal of Rules

These rules and any amendments shall become effective as provided by the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act (W.S. 16-3-101 through 16-3-115 ) and when signed by the Governor and filed with the Secretary of State's Office.
