The Overpayment Recovery Program (ORP) is in a separate administrative division of the Department of Family Services (DFS) with the authority and responsibility under W.S. 4-2-103(b)(viii) to promulgate and adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out W.S. 422-112 to pursue repayment of financial assistance incorrectly paid by DFS to or on behalf of a recipient(s) incorrectly, whether caused by the recipient, the provider or the Agency.
