This section is administered in accordance with 7 CFR 273.7 with the following exceptions and clarifications:
(a) Each mandatory household member must: - (i) Register for work using the DFS work registration form at the time of application, and again each twelve (12) months after the initial registration; and
- (ii) Participate in the E&T Program once every twelve (12) months for a total of sixty (60) days each year.
(b) No mandatory individual shall be eligible to participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program if the individual voluntarily and without good cause: - (i) Quits suitable employment; or
- (ii) Reduces work effort and, after the reduction, the individual is working less than thirty (30) hours per week; or
- (iii) Earnings are not equivalent to the federal minimum wage multiplied by thirty (30) hours.
