(a) "E&T Provider" - The person who is responsible for providing services to, and monitoring the activities of, individuals who are participating in the Employment & Training (E&T) Program as a condition of supplemental nutrition assistance program eligibility.
(b) "Employment & Training (E&T) Program" - A federally mandated program provided by the state to provide employment and training activities for nonexempt applicants and/or recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Cooperation with the requirements of the E&T Program is a condition of eligibility for food stamp benefits.
