These rules provide uniform procedures for the allocation of federal commodities to eligible sites. These rules also provide for the distribution of such commodities to eligible persons. The commodities are donated by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The rules provide for correct storage and processing procedures for USDA commodities.
