These rules are promulgated in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, W.S. 16-3-101 through 16-3-115 and the rule making authority for the Department of Family Services, W.S. W.S. W.S. 42-2-101 and W.S. W.S. W.S. 42-2-102(a)(i). The Emergency Food Assistance Program is authorized by Public Law No. 98-8 of 1983 as amended, 7 CFR, Section 250 and 251.
