In accordance with the Bylaws adopted by the Board, the officers of the Board shall consist of a Chairman and a Secretary. The Chairman shall be elected at the first meeting held each year and shall be one of the Board members. The Secretary need not be a member of the Board, and shall be elected at the first meeting held each year. The Chairman and the Secretary shall hold office for one (1) year or until a successor is elected.
