Application forms for new ground water developments (Form U.W. 5) and application forms for the registration of stock and/or domestic wells completed prior to May 24, 1969 (Form U.W. 7) may be obtained from the State Engineer's Office in Cheyenne, from the County Clerk's Office in each County Courthouse, and the local Water Commissioner. All commencement, completion and proof of appropriation forms will be sent to the applicant by the State Engineer's Office after the application is approved.
