Section 1-4 - Information Requests Concerning Existing Ground Water Rights

Requests for information concerning existing ground water rights should be accompanied by the legal description of the well location, the name of the appropriator, if known, and any other pertinent information which might be of value in researching the records of the State Engineer's Office.
