The Chairman shall preside at all meetings, appoint committees of the Board, sign official documents and otherwise perform all duties ordinarily pertaining to the office of Chairman. Any board member or board designee, after reviewing the license application materials and receiving reports of passing scores on all required examinations, may sign licenses.
