Section 2-1 - Meetings; Election of Officers

Board meetings shall be held at least twice each year as follows:

(a) An Annual Board Meeting shall be held on the 1st Wednesday of September at the State Engineer's Office in Cheyenne.

(b) All other meetings shall be held, at times and places designated by the Chairman or his designee.

(c) If an Officer resigns or vacates the position prior to the expiration of his/her term, the Board shall recommend a replacement to the Governor to serve the remainder of the term.
