Section 3-1 - Definitions

(a) A concession is defined as a grant to a natural person, corporation, partnership, association, or entity for the use of certain lands and/or facilities with the specific purpose to provide the general public with services, products, facilities and programs. The Division reserves the right to manage concessions at their discretion.

(b) A concession is different from a special use or short term use permit, whose definitions and regulations are covered in Chapter 14.
