Section 9-3 - Restroom facilities

Every shop shall provide and maintain toilet and hand washing facilities for employees and patrons. Restroom facilities shall be convenient and accessible and shall not require passage through living quarters for access. All existing shops shall comply with this regulation upon sale or relocation.
